Kara Manuud
ASSOCIATE
Kara Manuud is an Associate and Member of the Commercial Leasing Team at Chaves Perlowitz Luftig. Prior to joining the firm, Kara worked in real estate on Long Island, New York, where she specialized in land use and zoning, commercial acquisitions and leasing, and civil litigation. She also gained significant experience in corporate transactions, sports/entertainment law, and intellectual property matters during her time at Villanova University, where she earned her J.D. and served as Manuscript Editor of Villanova Law Review.
Born and raised in New York, Kara is a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial individual always looking for an opportunity to collaborate and be part of a team. When she is not in the office, you can find her dancing/choreographing, trying new restaurants, or catching a movie with friends and family. Kara is also an avid sports fan, cheering on her alma mater Penn State, the New York Knicks, and—with a healthy dose of optimism—the New York Jets.
