Billy is an Associate Attorney on the Chaves Perlowitz Luftig LLP Transactional Real Estate Team. Billy has over two decades of experience representing Institutional Lenders and clients in transactional and commercial real estate. For those obtaining financing for their purchases, this allows him to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible by having the knowledge to foresee any financing roadblocks before they become major issues. Having worked in Manhattan, Queens and Long Island, Billy is well versed in the buying and selling of Coops, Condominiums and Houses and knows these areas well. 

Billy attended St. John’s University, earning a B.S. in Paralegal Studies. He received his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law. 

Billy was born, raised, and lives in Queens with his wife, son, and two cats. He is an avid sports fan and lover of music and books.
