Anna Lauren is an Associate at Chaves Perlowitz Luftig LLP, where she is a member of the Commercial Lending Real Estate Team. With a focus on representing institutional commercial lenders, Anna Lauren specializes in financing for various commercial properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, multifamily complexes, hotels, and industrial properties. Before joining the firm, she worked as an Associate at a boutique Civil Litigation firm, managing high-exposure cases and defending the City of New York across all five boroughs.
Anna Lauren thrives on collaboration and takes pride in ensuring a smooth and efficient closing process for all parties involved. She earned her B.A. in Government & Law from Lafayette College and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. Outside of work, Anna Lauren enjoys both domestic and international travel, practicing Pilates, and discovering new restaurants throughout New York City.
