Andrew Luftig is a trusted New York real estate attorney known for his balanced expertise in both residential and commercial transactions. As head of the Residential Department at CPL, he oversees transactions at all price points, from studio apartments to high-end luxury cooperatives, condominiums, and townhouses. Widely regarded as a go-to attorney for complex residential closings, he is valued for his accessibility, efficiency, and results-driven mindset. His practice also includes regular representation of institutional and private lenders, as well as borrowers, in residential financing transactions involving acquisitions, refinances, and portfolio lending.

In addition, he maintains a robust commercial real estate practice, representing businesses leasing spaces ranging from 1,000 square feet to tens of thousands of square feet. His commercial work further includes advising institutional lenders on the financing of residential and mixed-use properties, as well as representing owners, investors, and developers in commercial purchase and sale transactions across a range of asset classes.
