Michael is a lawyer on the Chaves Perlowitz Luftig Transactional Real Estate Team. Michael focuses his practice on condominiums, cooperatives, new developments, and multiple family homes across Manhattan. As a born and raised New Yorker, Michael is legal market savy and bottom line-oriented and knows how to get the best results for his developers, investors, buyers, and sellers.

During law school, Michael worked at the Queen’s District Attorney’s Office at the Intake Bureau. Prior to joining Chaves Perlowitz Luftig LLP, Michael worked at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in their litigation department. He also had a successful former career on Wall Street, working at Deutsche Bank and Barclays Capital in fixed income sales and trading.

In his spare time, if not travelling, you will either find Michael listening to one of his favorite jazz sets at the Blue Note, or paddle-boarding at one of his favorite East End beaches. Michael was an ex-Yankee batboy during their championship years, so his love for baseball is unparalleled, even though the 86’ Mets is his team. He also volunteers his time for various non-profits and charities that are dear to his heart.
