Lisa has over 20 years of experience representing clients on commercial matters including leasing, sales and acquisitions and financing.  She  has extensive experience in commercial leasing, where she represents both building owners and tenants in the leasing of office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use spaces — including shopping centers, restaurants, warehouse facilities, and commercial developments.

Lisa is also well-versed in corporate and business law. She has served as general counsel to several companies, advising on all aspects of corporate operations — from negotiating manufacturing and distribution agreements to structuring employment and service contracts. This dual perspective allows her to provide clients with both the legal precision and business strategy needed to achieve successful outcomes.

Lisa lives in Manhattan with her teenage daughter.
