Alexander Whiteaker

Alexander is a lawyer on the Chaves Perlowitz Luftig LLP Transactional Real Estate Team. Alexander has experience representing parties on both sides of the closing table, whether the property in question is a cooperative, condominium, or a multiple family dwelling.
Prior to joining the firm, Alexander was practicing across the five boroughs in real estate and estate planning, regularly putting clients at ease whether they were selling their family home or preparing their final wishes. Alexander loves working with people and being their advocate in the legal world.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Alexander got his B.A. at Fordham before going on to receive his J.D. from New York Law School. When not working for his clients, Alexander can be found running in Prospect Park, watching a movie at the Angelika, or buying into superstition at Yankee Stadium.
