ASSOCIATE

Ben is an Associate on the Chaves Perlowitz Luftig LLP Residential and Commercial Lending Real Estate Team. Ben has experience representing and closing deals for many of the premier residential lenders in the tri-state area. Prior to joining the firm, Ben was a Law Clerk at a boutique real estate firm in Manhattan as well as an Associate at a car wash startup with a focus in real estate development. Ben loves working with people and being able to deliver a smooth and successful closing for all parties. Born and raised in Short Hills, NJ, Ben got his B.S. at Montclair State University before going on to receive his J.D. from New York Law School. When not working for his clients, Ben can be found rooting for the Yankees and Knicks, hanging out in the West Village, or walking along the West Side Highway.
