Jennifer, one of the firm’s many talented associates, provides legal counsel to the purchasers and sellers of residential property. In addition to representing clients in transactions involving single family homes, condominiums, cooperative apartments, and multifamily properties, Jennifer is experienced in all areas of residential lending. Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer gained valuable experience as an associate with a successful real estate law firm, where she represented clients in the purchase and sale of residential co-ops, condominiums, and private residences.
Jennifer is an active member of the New York Bar Association and Business Networking International. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Colorado State University, where she graduated magna cum laude, and a juris doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law, where she was a Dean’s List recipient.
Jennifer currently lives in New York City, and when she’s not hitting the slopes on her snowboard or leading a women’s book club, she enjoys watching films, spending time with friends and family, and being an aunt to her young niece.
