David is an associate in the firm’s transactional real estate group where he provides expert legal counsel to purchasers and sellers of residential property, including condominiums, cooperative apartments, and multifamily properties. David also has experience representing commercial lenders in mortgage refinance transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, David gained valuable experience representing cooperatives and condominiums as general counsel, with a focus on closing underlying mortgage transactions, drafting and negotiating construction contacts, license agreements and even film shoot location agreements.
David is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and corporate strategy from Vanderbilt University and a juris doctorate from George Washington University School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor for the Forum on Law, Economics and Finance.
David currently lives in Brooklyn with his wife and dog, and when he’s not at Citi Field watching his beloved Mets, he enjoys cooking, playing basketball and spending time with his family, especially his seven nieces and nephews.
